A total body workout!



Give your body a lift with this high intensity all over body workout! This circuit-style class works on muscles you never knew you had. Get fit, tone up, lose weight, and feel great!

Classes may include cardio exercises such as spin bikes, boxing, skipping ropes, shuttle runs, cross trainers, step ups...or whatever creative exercises Kate or Rach can think up to get your heart pumping!

They will also include strength components to most classes. This may involve dumbells, bar bells, medicine balls, swiss balls, and body weight exercises to help you build lean muscle and improve your metabolism.

Total Body Cardio is new and exciting each week. Let Kate or Rach know what particular area you'd like to work on and they can design the class according to your needs!
