Our Boxing Circuit Class is a high intensity workout designed for all fitness levels.

This class combines boxing, kick boxing, spin bikes and strength training to give you the ultimate full body workout.

Class times

Tuesday 6am (women only)

Friday 6am (women only)

Cost

Casual classes are $10 for gym members and $12 for non members. 10 Class Passes are available for $80 for gym members and $100 for non members. 10 class passes are valid for 3 months.
