Since 2002, I have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals.
I have a particular interest in boxing as a cross training tool. Boxing is a great way to improve cardio vascular fitness, strengthen and tone arms and improve co-ordination.
I am a certified Level 1 Crossfit trainer and Crossfit running coach and find this style of training extremely effective for building strength and improving fitness.
I have completed specialised training in back rehabilitation. Through the use of weight training and core strength exercises I can help you control and manage back pain, as well as reduce risk of injury.
I am always interested in learning new and innovative training tools to incorporate into my classes and personal training sessions.
