A trainer will structure a workout to suit your individual needs and goals. Sessions may include weights, aerobic training, boxing, tabata training, crossfit or Vibrogym training.

Our trainers are all fully qualified and passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals.


Ally has had 10 years experience in working with people of all fitness levels. She likes to stay active through running, cycling, ocean paddling and crossfit training.

Kate is passionate about improving people's lives through regular exercise. She has a special interest in training children to help them improve their health, self esteem and build confidence.





Rachel currently owns and manages Alstonville Holistic Fitness.  

As a trainer, Rachel has a particular interest in sports specific training, working with sports teams and athletes. She can help you achieve that PB!
