Tabata Class

Why train for an hour when you can burn more calories in half an hour? Earn that extra chocolate or glass of wine with our new high intensity Tabata class.

The Tabata method of training is based on research from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo that demonstrated that this style of training produced much greater improvements in both aerobic and anaerobic fitness (and fat burning!) than endurance training of much longer duration.

As with all circuit training you work at your own intensity so this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Come and get the most out of your training! Wednesday mornings at 6.15am.


Lunchtime Express

For the month of May, Kate has brought back her Lunchtime express class. Structured to re-energise your day with a fast and effective workout. Lunchtime Express classes are run in 4 week blocks every Tuesday and Thursday at 1.00pm. Cost: 1 class per week for 4 weeks: $35.00 2 classes per week for 4 weeks: $70.00 Casual visits: $10.00 per class

Class Update

From Thursday the 10th of June, Ally & Kate will be running a six week block of Boxing/Cardio classes. In order to keep you committed to a routine throughout winter, we ask that this class is booked and paid for upfront. It will be $60 for the 6 weeks and we need a minimum of six people if we are to run this class (10 visit passes can be used). The class will be on Thursday nights at 6.30pm.
