Ally has always been passionate about health and fitness. Nine years ago, she decided to take the plunge and make a career out of her passion.

Since 2002, Ally has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals.

Ally has a particular interest in boxing as a cross training tool. She has found that boxing is a great way to improve her clients' cardio vascular fitness, strengthen and tone their arms and improve their co-ordination.

Ally has completed specialised training in back rehabilitation. Through the use of weight training and core strength exercises Ally can help you control and manage your back pain.

She also has extensive experience in training women through all stages of pregnancy.

Ally is friendly, experienced and extremely knowledgeable on all areas of fitness. She is available for one on one personal training and small groups.
